Please select your size, length, etc., then click the "Add to Cart" button to proceed to the purchase process.
* We do not accept new designs or full custom remakes.
* If you would like to make some design changes to the existing pattern, please add the separate customization option .
* There may be restrictions on the designs we can accept depending on the size, condition, and material of the kimono. Also, depending on the length, material, and condition of the material, we may not be able to offer a remake. In that case, we will contact you.
* Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted after one week from the date of acceptance .
2. Ship your kimono or purchase kimono materials from our online store
You can send us your own kimono (including yukata and bolts of fabric), or we accept semi-orders from the kimonos ( vintage fabrics ) and materials listed on our online store.
* Please note that shipping costs for the kimono will be borne by the customer.
* Please check your shipping address in the order confirmation email.

3. Production
Usually 4 months to 12 months*
We will unravel and wash it. → Sewing → We will produce the product in the order of finishing.
* The production period may vary depending on the busy situation. If it will take significantly longer than the above period, we will contact you.
* * Depending on the kimono, if the condition of the kimono may change significantly when exposed to water, we will sew it without washing it (such as black tomesode and furisode). Also, if the kimono you wish to wash has stains, we will try to avoid using those parts as much as possible, but due to the amount of kimono fabric, there is a possibility that some stains may be included.
5 Handover
Delivery will be by courier. We will contact you when the item is ready to be shipped. If you have a preferred time of day to receive the item, please write this in the memo field when you apply.
* Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, shipping is free for orders totaling 33,000 yen or more.
[ Points to note ]
- Please read the "Procedure for Semi-Order Kimono Remake" carefully and make sure you understand and agree to it before placing your order .
- Please check for stains, tears, damage, etc. Please report any stains, tears, etc. that you are aware of, or any strong odors, in advance. Depending on the condition of the fabric, or if the material is likely to shrink significantly, we may not be able to accept the remake. Please note that we will take a photo of the fabric as a preliminary check.
- Please note that there are restrictions on patterns depending on the fabric we accept . Also, we cannot specify the placement of the pattern on the fabric .
- We cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order after it has been completed. Please note that once your order is completed, the kimono that we have begun making will not be returned to its original condition .
- Once your order is complete, we cannot change the pattern or specify the thread color.
- If, upon dismantling, it is discovered that the kimono was sewn using a special method of joining pieces, we may consult with you about changing the pattern or sewing method.
- If after starting the kimono remake, it is discovered that there are concerns about the durability of the kimono fabric to be remade, we will ask the customer whether or not to proceed. In that case, it is also possible to change to a different fabric. If we are forced to cancel your order, the following fees will be charged. Confirmation and miscellaneous expenses: 3,850 yen (tax included per kimono). In addition, there will be separate costs associated with returning and refunding the kimono. If you have any concerns about the material you are considering remaking, please consult us before placing your order.
- If you wish, we can wash your kimono in our shop. * ( This is different from professional washing and stretching .) Depending on the fabric, it may shrink by about 1 to 3 cm when washed. In addition, color changes and color transfer may occur. In our shop, we wash and shrink the kimono before sewing. Please understand this before placing your order. If you would like professional washing and stretching, please ask a professional company to do it for you . Also, the texture and color of the fabric will change when washed . It will gradually become familiar, but please be aware that the texture will change from the original state before placing your order. Please note that we cannot handle cases where the size has changed or color transfer has occurred due to washing shrinkage after remaking .
- If, for some reason, you are unable to collect your item within three months of the completion of the remake, please be aware that there is a risk of mold or other issues developing if the item is stored for longer than three months.
- We may post photos of the completed product as examples on our website, in our newsletter, on social media, etc. If you do not wish for your product to be published, please let us know in advance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please let us know in the comments section of your cart.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns after the product has been delivered.
- We take great care in managing the items entrusted to us, but in the unlikely event that an item is damaged, stolen, or lost, we will either repair it in the best possible way, or prepare an equivalent item and exchange it after you have confirmed and agreed to the equivalent item. Please note that we will not be able to respond to any other requests for compensation.
7*: Even if you request simple washing, we may not be able to accept it. Also, if we determine that cleaning is necessary for sewing, we may charge you an additional fee (cleaning fee). Please note this in advance.
